If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be either unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a SHOPit Gift Card.
Gift Cards, Hair Accessories, Hair Brushes and Combs, Nail Polishes and Nail Accessories and Hair Extensions are final sale.
Hair Tools & Appliances
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a SHOPit Gift Card.
Eccotique provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
We will accept exchanges only for unworn merchandise with original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase date.
Privilege is sold instore only.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, items that were purchased using a Credit Card will be refunded as a merchandise credit onto a SHOPit Gift Card. SHOPit Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your SHOPit Gift Card within 5 business days after the refund date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
